- 3.1. New Customers: New customers can book services through our scheduling link, where you can view available times and sign up through Acuity Scheduling to receive the link to the Zoom call.
- 3.2. Alternative Options: If preferred, other video conferencing tools or audio-only options may be used.
- 3.3. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the signup and booking process.
- 3.4. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled service.
4. Payment Terms
- 4.1. Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through PayPal. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

- 6.4. Refund Processing: If you remain unsatisfied after the redo, we will process your refund within 30 days, less any applicable processing fees.
7. Revisions and Cancellations
- 7.1. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to [Number of Hours] hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
